Entry Form
ALL Pre-entries due the Wednesday prior to show by 9 PM
- An email confirmation will be sent - please print email CONFIRMATION and bring to show
- This is proof of EARLY ENTRIES so if you don't get an email confirmation, please bring proof of email sent as NO proof results in NO reduced entry

Entry fees can be paid by cash or cheque on the day of the show. Alternatively, e-transfers can be sent to dwyerhillridingclub@gmail.com but ensure you include the transfer password with your entry. Do not include the password as part of the e-transfer.
